Devonshire Recruitment & Consulting Partners is actively seeking an experienced Principal of Analytics and Strategy to join a globally recognized strategy consultancy operating exclusively within the advisory space. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical delivery and business strategy. The right candidate will take full ownership of data-driven engagements from inception to completion while also contributing meaningfully to the firm’s broader corporate strategy work on both transactional and long-term mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Design original analytical frameworks that translate complex client challenges into clear, actionable components and recommendations
- Lead junior team members while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Define technical architecture and deliverable scope for large-scale mandates while managing stakeholder alignment at every stage
- Identify and close organizational capability gaps using internal resources, partnerships, or external hires
- Adapt to shifting goals, deadlines, and technical complexities as engagements evolve
- Oversee functional and technical governance across the full delivery lifecycle
- Leverage existing tools and platforms to capture new capabilities back into the firm’s knowledge base
- Contribute to business development and the global analytics practice growth through recruiting and best practice development
- Integration of AI tools and agents into new data sets
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in a consulting or strategy consulting environment
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven solution architect with hands-on exposure to Python, SQL, Tableau, ArcGIS/QGIS, and cloud-based ML platforms such as Databricks
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and experience operating within global, distributed team environments
