Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join a leading multi-disciplinary design consulting firm. This hybrid role, offering a flexible schedule, can be based in Cambridge, MA, Los Angeles, CA, Philadelphia, PA, or Virginia. The ideal candidate is a proactive, client-focused professional with expertise in ICT and physical security system design, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and document ICT and physical security systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables for diverse projects.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with CAD staff to produce accurate project documentation and contribute to the firm’s drafting standards.
  • Engage in client-facing activities, providing technical expertise and fostering strong relationships.
  • Support business development efforts, including attending networking events, delivering presentations at non-peer conferences, and authoring content for business-oriented publications.
  • Leverage proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam to enhance project delivery and documentation.
  • Work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, security systems, or related discipline).
  • 5-7 years of experience in ICT and physical security system design, consulting, and project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • BICSI RCDD certification preferred; ASIS PSP or CPTED certifications are a plus.
