Devonshire Recruitment & Consulting Partners is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic, evolving team in the medical industry. You’ll help build and scale a seamless consumer healthcare platform, working across the stack to deliver impactful solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain web applications that power the healthcare marketplace.
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and clinical teams to deliver patient-first solutions.
- Write requirements, test features, and analyze performance with SQL and other tools.
- Manage technical tradeoffs between speed and long-term quality.
- Contribute to healthcare tech integrations (EHRs, revenue cycle, etc.) and innovative initiatives like LLMs and price transparency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in a modern stack; AWS, Ruby on Rails, and Next.js preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-growth environments with cross-functional teams.
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + equity.
- Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days/week.
